Red fox, gray fox and coyote can be hunted in North Dakota. The fall hunt runs from November through March. Hunters must hunt on foot and can use a predator call.

Beavers, minks, bobcats and muskrats can also be hunted, snared and trapped. Check out the North Dakota Game and Fish website for details.
Persons born after 1961 must complete a certified hunter education course and present the certificate to the
license ven
dor to purchase a hunting license. Certificates from other states and Canada are valid. Persons under 15 years of age afield with firearms must be accompanied by parent, guardian or adult authorized by their parent or guardian.
